Golden Period (1997-1999)

I don't know, what to write about these three years. It was neither my childhood because I finished my college in this period, nor my adulthood because I was below 12! I only know that I was in a hurry to finish my academics and to start my research at earliest. In 1997, I did my 10th class at the age of 9 years. Special thanks goes to Delhi High Court and Supreme Court of India for allowing me legally to appear in the exams at a very young age. For me, it was just a part of my mission to finish my academic studies as soon as possible, but for others, it was a World record and I became a Media Star then. After that, I didn't look back. I joined Patna University for higher education and I wanted to directly appear in B.Sc. exams. After an official interview by the professors of Patna University on Feb.28, 1998, I was allowed to appear directly in B.Sc. first year exams, but not simultaneously in exams of all the three years of B.Sc., because that was not in the rule. Again, special thanks to Patna High Court for breaking this rule specially for me and allowing me to set another record in 1998: B.Sc. at the age of 10. Then I took admission in M.Sc. in Jan. 1999 and wrote exams of M.Sc. in Aug. 1999, this time without intervention of Court, but thanks to then Governor of Bihar Shri B.M.Lal for allowing me to do so. No need to say, it was again a World Record.

I enjoyed these three years completely. I was totally involved in my studies for these three years and was not able to notice what's happening with me. It was only on  Dec.07, 1999, when I was declared successful in my M.Sc. exams, that I realized what I did. "Oops, I finished my M.Sc.", that was the first thing which came in my mind. I still wonder, how an 11 year old can understand tough M.Sc. level physics concepts. But I am happy, because that was me!
